We do not accept any returns or provide any refunds once an order is placed and delivered. All sales are final.

If you have received a incorrect item, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 hours of delivery
  • Email us at support@anerifits.com
  • Include clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps (if applicable). Resolution is not guaranteed and will be offered only at our discretion based on valid, verified concerns.

We Do Not Accept Requests For:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Wrong size or color selected by customer
  • Delayed deliveries due to shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
