We do not accept any returns or provide any refunds once an order is placed and delivered. All sales are final.

If you have received a incorrect item, you must:
- Contact us within 5 hours of delivery
- Email us at support@anerifits.com
- Include clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps (if applicable). Resolution is not guaranteed and will be offered only at our discretion based on valid, verified concerns.
We Do Not Accept Requests For:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Wrong size or color selected by customer
- Delayed deliveries due to shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
